Post: 9th Meeting

Finally, we had our last rehearsal this morning at North View...All members were present except for Shi Jie, Allie, Jian Hui, Shu Wen & Amirul Akmal.

A few items were discussed this morning:

1) All groups were assigned some topics to be covered. Take a look at the picture to check out the topics that your group is being assigned. Every group is required to brainstorm for 6 terms regarding their topic and to find relevant pictures on each term to share with their Vietnamese buddies.

2) Remember to SMS Ms. Danz between 7am - 8am on 8th Nov, Sunday using the format: (your name) is awake.

3) To meet at Row 11/ 12 Changi Airport Terminal 2 by 9.45am on 8th Nov, Sunday.

4) To bring a pad lock for your check-in luggage. No sharp objects and liquid in your hand carry luggage.

5) To bring along all essential medical supplies such as panadol, inhaler and anti-histamines.

6) To pack donation items such as stuffed toys and food stuffs (e.g. biscuits and candies) into proper packaging for easier distribution.

7) To bring CIP file (remember to file in all worksheets such as autobiography, reflection worksheets & field trip worksheets.)

Lastly, do have enough rest and fluid for the next few days. We will see you soon on 8th Nov, Sunday and happy counting down with one another...............
