By 27^th May, Thursday à Information regarding parents’ attendance on Sunday farewell lunch (18^th July)

By 16^th June, Wednesday à One chosen song per CIP group (information to include song title, music and lyrics)

By 20^th June, Sunday à Planned Itinerary on 15^th – 18^th July per CIP student (information to include dates, time, meals, places of interest and activities)

By 28^th June, Monday à To inform Ms Danz Tan if you are going to send your buddy off at the airport after the farewell lunch and also if you are unable to attend any of the required activities during the hosting period due to competition etc. (only valid reasons apply)

By 2^nd July, Friday à To inform your CCA teacher regarding the attachment of your Vietnamese buddy on the CCA day 16^th July, Friday
